How to Book a Consultation?

Canceling a Consultation
To avoid losing one of your consultations, you must cancel at least 1 hour before your appointment.
No-Show Fee
If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to cancel, a $50 fee will be charged.
Preparation for Your Consultation
If this is your first visit, remember to bring any relevant medical information. During your consultation, we’ll review your medical history, health goals, and the steps to take for improving your wellness.
